How It Works
We believe the church is the hope of the world. God’s response to the current realities of pain, suffering, and evil in our world is the Spirit’s energy working through the church.
God’s plan is local churches sharing the Gospel people far from God and acting as a redemptive force for Kingdom good. This is fruitfulness: prioritizing Christ’s mission (Mt 28:19-20), growing Christians for service (Eph 2:8-10), and serving “the least of these” (Mt 25:31-46). The Spirit is alive, Christ is exalted, and the Father is glorified.
Churches like this don’t focus primarily on serving the already converted. They prepare the already converted for their life mission: to reach people for Christ and transform their communities for God’s glory and their neighbor’s good.
God’s glory is magnified when local churches are fruitful. “This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit” (Jn 15:8).
SO WE OFFER TO YOUR CHURCH, ON A COMPLEMENTARY BASIS, A RESPONSE TO THE MALAISE OF THE AMERICAN CHURCH.
We offer a process of learning and growth that has enabled man pastors and churches to become fruitful. This involves thinking differently about church leadership. and it includes acting differently as leaders.
HOW SPECIFICALLY SERVE YOU:
WHO: We work with senior pastors and church leadership teams (including Board members, senior staff, and key volunteers).
HOW: We equip leaders with biblical principles during three, two-day events, using an in-person seminar format. Then we help pastors apply these principles, using bi-weekly, one-on-one, Zoom coaching sessions.
WHEN: We offer multiple start times every year. Getting started is simple. After attending EBA, just reach out to us and begin the conversation.

We believe your church can become more fruitful.
What is a “fruitful church” (Jn 15:8)? A church where:
Christ’s mission is prioritized (Mt 28:19-20), and people find life in Jesus;
Believers grow in the Father’s love and in service to their neighbors;
The Spirit is active, and God brings increase (I Cor 3:6).
Bearing fruit glorifies God (John 15:8). Sadly, 90% of churches are stagnant, declining, or worse (Rick Richardson, You Found Me).
